Shape Smart began in 1999. I started with one client who lost at least 50 lbs and went from a size 20 to a size 8 in about a year. The business grew from this success story. We have many other success stories from all types of clients. Many of these success stories have a reoccuring theme; their improved fitness level has prevented injury or has shortened their recovery time. Their flexibility has improved dramatically as well as their athletic performance in their preferred sport. Our latest success stories have been with breast cancer clients. They feel less depressed, their self confidence has improved, they have regained strength and mobility in their affected area. Other benefits from exercising are: improved sleep, alleviated fatigue, and controlled weight. Most importantly, it has enhanced physical and mental well being and has improved energy levels.
