     Our studio has a state-of-the art gravity training system which assists in providing a highly effective Pilates,stength training, stetching and post breast cancer rehibilation. We also have cybex equipment, exerbands,exertubes,bodybars,resist-a-balls,gliding disks, and other effective exercise tools to work with. Our studio offers private and semi-private sessions. We work with all age groups. Our other programs include toning, flexibility, cardiovascular and obesity.
